I recently ran into a situation that I figured one of you Entourage
Applescripters would have already came up with a solution for but I couldn't
find anything on the subject.
I have a client that wants to share their address books among each other
and, basically, keep them in sync. Each user also has a Mindspring Visor.
I thought it would be a good idea to steer them away from Now Contact and
towards Entourage because I think Entourage is just a "way" better product.
It would be nice not to have to switch back and forth between programs but
I'm thinking this may not be possible. Please correct me if I'm wrong. It
needs to be a fairly easy solution for the users. They aren't very computer
savvy. One other snag in this situation is that one of the computers will
be in another country (Not in the same room).
They also need to have the same kind of keyword feature that Now Contact
has. They like the ability to set up keywords and assign them to contacts
(including multiple keywords) in the Address Book.
Please tell me if this is possible.
