Sorry folks, this refers mostly to Word, but any help here would be
appreciated.


Here's a wish--

I'd love to be able to drag 'n drop fields from a contact (especially from
the summary tab) directly into a Word document. Eg. Drag tel and fax nos.
into parts of my letter. Other than copy/paste, is there a direct way to do
this?


Is this a bugglet?--

When in Word, and I open a contact from the address book (under Tools), the
copy option is greyed out when I select a telephone field but in Entourage
the copy option is active and black. That means I have to open entourage
just to copy a few contact details, or retype. Did Word miss something here?
