Hi Erik:
One technique, shared earlier on this list, was to add the 'address' to your
address book and then delete that entry from your address book.
After speaking to a Microsoft employee at MacWorld, the quickest way to get
rid of them all, is to do an Advanced Rebuild, which worked for me.
