The message I received came through the list server. Below is a copy of my
headers. From the Received header, you can see that it came from
lists.boingo.com. You'll also notice the List-X headers for subscription
info. I've just checked that lists.boingo.com does not allow simple SMTP
relaying. However, I didn't do any advanced tests on it.
