    In the download manager, you can open the download (double-click the
name of it) and press "reload" to reload the download.

    Works good, though you may have to do it a few times.

    I know we have issues with the FTP server. I _know_ it. Please report
them directly to me: [EMAIL PROTECTED] so that I can report them to our
hosts.

    Worst case, hit reload a few times... I know, hardly "great" and it
peeves me off, cuz I download stuff more often than anyone... But I'm
working on it.

    But send notes to me if you have issues. The more I get, the more I can
send to my hosts as proof of their... "inadequacy" may be too strong a word,
but you get my point...
