I too had a lot of trouble when I first tried synching Entourage and my Palm
with duplicate categories being created. Turns out, as has been pointed out
on this list, that there is a bug in the Entourage conduit that causes
duplication of the categories if any of the category names in Entourage are
longer than 15 characters (The Palm max, I believe, correct me if I'm wrong
Kristin). Since renaming the categories to comply with this bug, I've had no
trouble synching.
