You'd have to run a schedule once a day looking for specified types of
events, and have it preset to do all this, understanding that the words
following "Birthday: " are the name of contact, and send out the message. I
might look into this. In the meantime, you could do the same thing using my
script "Delayed Send" (using Repeat Send), Entourage version, available at
AppleScript Central
