Are you sure that the message has actually been assigned the category named
"Junk"?  This is what the JMF does -- and it is how Entourage knows it's
junk.

As a test, double-click any message you have to open it, then pull down the
"Categories" menu from the toolbar and assign it "Junk".  As soon as you do
that, it should show you the yellow bar.  Does this happen?
