But that presupposes that you feel like getting everything neatly selected
with shift-click and command-click all in one custom view before starting.
I'm sure that it's sometimes happens that you add a group, or even a contact
or two from the Address Book, or even from the custom view, after the first
drag. That method also wouldn't allow for cc and/or bcc recipients as well
as to recipients.
It's quite easy to do after the fact. I'm just about done. I can't quite
decide whether it's worth the bother to show the recipients as contact icons
instead of just @ recipients, but I suppose people like it.
