Not yet; one can hope. Emailer had this ability, and it was way cool, though
under-utilized. You could, for instance, set up a complex rule, export it,
and share it with other people. All they had to do was drag the rule file
onto Emailer, and the rule was installed. The combination script/rule
package for handling Spam in Emailer made use of this, but that's the only
use I remember. I think it has untapped potential if implemented for
Entourage.
