I may rue saying this, but it should be a fairly simple script to write. Click on message, run script, see sender's local time displayed.

<Slight pause>

Okay, here it is:

tell application "Microsoft Entourage" --
set currentMessages to the current messages --
repeat with theMsg in the currentMessages --
        my ProcessMsg(theMsg) --
    end repeat --
end tell --

on ProcessMsg(theMsg) --
    tell application "Microsoft Entourage" --
set thesub to subject of theMsg
set h to the headers of theMsg
set h to paragraphs of h
        set dateHeader to ""
        repeat with aLine in h
if aLine starts with "Date:" then
                beep
                set dateHeader to aLine
                exit repeat
            end if
        end repeat
if dateHeader is not "" then
display dialog "The local time was" & return & dateHeader & return & "for msg: " & thesub
        else
display dialog "Local time was not found."
        end if
    end tell --
end ProcessMsg --
