Hi,
I just had this problem crop up today.
The 'off state' icons (the gray versions) don't appear in the toolbar of the
Main Window. That is, unless I have an email message selected, I get no
icons next to "New," "Reply," "Reply All," "Forward," "Link," "Print,"
"Delete," "Send & Receive" and "Categories."
Oddly, I do get the off-state icons for "Flag," "Move" and "Find."
When an email is selected, then I get the on-state icons -- that is, the
full color icons.
It's very strange. I've tried both the typical and advanced database
rebuilds, to no avail.
Any ideas?
