Yes, although it's possible for recipients to set En'rage and OE to receive
"minimal HTML" so the graphics are lost and links look <http//:like this>,
It's just about impossible to guarantee that readers will all see the same
document, unless you attach it in PDF format (in which case, they need
Acrobat Reader).

I'm not really sure about this, but there's an early editor called AOL Press
that you might try: http://www.aolpress.com/

It's last version is 2.0 and it only runs on Windoze machines. The above
site recommends using the more recent versions of Netscape Composer.
