Let me start off by complimenting the fantastic job the Mac BU did on the PIM part of 'rage. I didn't think I was going to like multi-tabbed windows and categories, but I've been very pleasantly surprised. Nice work. Meanwhile, I have a couple minor suggestions (for Omar?): 1. Implement linking in addresses and phone numbers. i.e. When you have 5 people in a family, you can simply enter the address/phone number for the father, and link the address/phone numbers from the spouse/children to the father's record. Then, if they move, you don't have to change all of the records manually. (Or when you add them, you don't have to type in the same info over and over..) This could also apply to contacts within your company. 2. Allow linking of the "Spouse" field to a particular contact, add a little icon. When you click on the icon it brings up the spouse's contact. Right now I'm trying to mesh a husband and wife into a single record, which is a little awkward keeping track of birthday's, etc., and I know other people are trying to figure this out too.
