You can easily create signatures in Entourage from the Tools-->Signatures
menu.
You can create signatures that are not intended for any account in
particular. You just create them and leave them as they are. Then, in a
specific message, you reach for the Signature button in the toolbar and
choose and then select one from the menu that pops up.
No need for extra software, and it's quick enough.
