Were you opening the Calendar in a new window, or within the same pane as
the email appears?
I had the problem just clicking the calendar icon one time, so that it
appeared in the right hand pane. I was kind of trying to avoid having to
reset the 'setup' each time I click the calendar icon on the folder list and
also having to open a separate window for the calendar.
But this was still less important than the 15 minute time block issue, which
was much more of a problem for me.
