Actually, to contribute my 2 cents, adjusted for inflation, I don't like the
idea of an "unsaved" message, note, event, or task.
There shouldn't be an additional action necessary to save.
Along those same lines, there should be an option to "enter another" one of
whatever you're making.
Right now, to enter a team of new employees, you need to OPEN, type, SAVE,
CLOSE, and repeat. Everything I've capitalized should be unnecessary for the
second and subsequent operations.
