Try running this script from a schedule <On Startup>

If the timing is wrong and your calendar still comes to the front on top of
it, a script with an idle handler that keeps checking every few seconds
could work. Do you really wan the PW open in front ALL the time, even when
mail isn't being checked? If what you really want is to have it in front
just during mail checks, then check out my Progress Window Connect script
(Entourage version) at
