Jeff,
I had a similar problem when I first started synching. I ended up completely
hard-resetting my Palm to get it all working again (still isn't, but that's
another story... but at least the out-of-memory errors disappeared). The
other option which I was advised and never did try was a slow sync. I
*think* you for a slow sync by holding down the shift key, or something like
that, when you start a hotsync. Someone else on this list undoubtedly knows
for sure how to force one though...
