I need help with two things that really annoy me:
1. I can't seem to turn off "new mail" notification sound. I have the box
unchecked (under preferences), but the mail arrival into the Inbox still
causes sound notification.
2. I use IMAP and when I delete messages from the Inbox and then do a Purge,
the messages re-appear. It is almost as if Entourage does not communicate
with the server to delete the messages.
Any suggestions as to what might be causing these and, more importantly, how
to get rid of them would be greatly appreciated.
