Another request related to HTML-mail:

Tried to forward just a selection from an incoming complex
HTML mail today -- a no go (senders MUA is some kind of Win OE).
I had to duplicate the incoming message, enable editing, convert
to plain text, select the text to be forwarded etc.

I hope a full featured HTML editor is on schedule for the next
major release of Entourage and therefore the problem will be
addressed anyway, otherwise you'd have to do some extra work
on an interim solution to keep me happy ;-)
