Recently I've had a series of heinous crashes while using Microsoft
entourage. It seems as though while it is receiving mail - random crashes
happen!
I have taken many preventive steps - like reinstalling software - running
Norton - and many other back up type activities - and increasing RAM etc.
nothing helps!
The RULES menu choice
Could the RULES menu choice be causing all these crashes?
It seems as though things get much worse when I use the RULES menu choices.
I have two kinds of RULES that I use - what I call simple RULES - that only
do one thing at a time - and then the ability to use multi level rules -
which are RULES that look for multiple things at once - and perform multiple
actions at once.
My guess is that these multiple RULES could be causing the crashes. Can
anybody confirm this?
I could really use some help here - because this is getting incredibly
frustrating - as I'm sure you can imagine - and I'm getting ready to go back
to snail mail - or maybe even worse ... AOL!
