In theory, double clicking it should open it, and then you should be able to
do a save to save the contents to your address book. However, I have found
some vCards cause Entourage to freeze, requiring a restart to clear. This is
currently being looked into by Microsoft, so hopefully a fix will be
included with the first service pack.
