Not that I know of; however, you might try this: Do an advanced find on the calendar with category is not none. That will bring up a list of all calendar events with a category set. Select all the events you want to delete then option delete. Do the same with for category is none events, and you may have cleaned up most if not all the duplicates. Of course, if you have duplicates with different categories, you have a problem....
