Export / Import Contacts E-OL2K
3 scripts to Export and Import Contacts
Entourage:mac <—> Outlook 2000 WindowsExport Contacts E-OL2K
Convert TXT File OL2K-EApply Category to Imports 2.0CR
Updates:
Export Selected Contacts E-E 1.0.2
with Record Category in Field and Apply Category to Imports 2.0CR
Entourage facilitates exporting and importing entire Address Books or individual contacts as vCards, but not several contacts at once. This script enables you to export multiple contacts, or even entire groups, easily – either to another Entourage user (via email or Zip or floppy disks) or simply from one of your Identities to another. It can include Categories in the export.
v1.0.2: Works with the updated Apply Category to Imports 2.0CR to restore carriage returns (your original line separations) to Street Addresses and Notes after import.
Separate Group Messages E 1.1
with Delete Separate Copies E 1.1
New in v1.1: The script now will maintain HTML formatting in the separate copies. It now handles any subgroups within the group, avoiding duplications. You can now choose whether to save all individual sent copies, or your original as a composite sent message with the Group’s name and any extra recipients listed. If deleting the separate copies, the composite sent message will be stored in whatever folder it would normally be found (following any Mail Rule you may have) rather than necessarily in the default Sent Items folder.
Note: This script now has all features of my Separate BCC Messages 1.2 script, but is easier to use. This one here is preferable for Groups.
Separate BCC Messages E 1.2
with Delete Extra Copies E 1.2
Separate BCC Messages E will create a separate email message for each BCC recipient, will put them all automatically into the Outbox, will remove the BCC list from the message going to the To recipient(s), and gives you the choice of sending Now or Later. If you put everyone as a BCC recipient, and just yourself as a To recipient (with no CC recipients), each recipient will receive a message directed only to him- or herself, as if he or she is the only recipient. When there is a “real” To recipient, a line at the top of each BCC recipient’s copy is prefaced indicating that this is a BCC copy of a message sent to the To recipient (Full Name <email address>), still with no sign of any other BCC recipient evident. You can run it from a keyboard shortcut. If you do not want all the extra copies in your Sent Items or other folder, set up a schedule to automatically run the Delete Extra Copies E script a minute or so after the messages are sent, or on Quit. It will also restore all the BCC addresses to the original message and append an indication to the subject that separate BCC messages went out.
v1.2: Fixes two bugs: now it really will do HTML copies for BCCs of messages with no real To (just yourself), as advertised, and will not leave copies in the outbox if you cancel to spell-check. New features: Enter a group name in the BCC field, and the script will send a separate message to every member of the group (and subgroups), avoiding duplications. Attachments will be sent to all recipients, regardless of your normal preferences. If deleting extra copies, the composite sent message will be stored in whatever folder it would normally be found (following any Mail Rule you may have) rather than necessarily in the default Sent Items folder.
**Note: If you use the script primarily for Groups, consider using instead my Separate Group Messages 1.1 script, which does exactly the same as this script but lets you simply enter the group name in (or drag it to) the To: recipients field, without further ado. It is easier to use.
