I already wrote this script, Paul; it is on my web site in the Contacts
folder called "Add Selected Senders 2 Grp". (I have not submitted it to
AppleScript Central, however.) My version, like yours, lets you choose to
add the senders to an existing group or to create a new one using a newly
selected name. I don't think it does anything about eliminating duplicates,
however. It will operate on the messages selected, so you don't have to
operate on the entire contents of the folder. Of course you can always
"Select All" to do so.
