I have done something similar between two machines.

It has worked reasonably well, but you do need to be aware that once the
Palm synchronizes with one machine, it loses track of what has been modified
since last sync (i.e., the modified flags are reset), thus it cannot do a
fast sync to more than one machine. The easiest workaround is to make one
machine the primary for adding/deleting entries (I chose my work machine),
then set the other computers for handheld overwrites desktop for the other
two, and do not use those machines for entering data to the palm. (You can
of course still enter data on the Palm.) Alternatively, you may be able to
force a slow sync on the secondary machines every time you sync.

This last is not possible, even entries marked private are copied to the
desktop machines. Also, I would recommend you not sync with Entourage until
after the service release is available. There are some serious problems with
Palm/Entourage synchronization that can crop up in the current
implementation.
