Infrared sync is a workaround for the USB adapter + cradle sync problems,
but Entourage still doesn't work with this (otherwise brilliant) phone...

Can any Microsoft folks tell us what this error is, at least? Also, who on
the Entourage team would be a good contact for Kyocera?
