I updated to the SR-1 update on the day of release and was problem free for
a day. Today, however, I can no longer synch with my Palm Vx. The HotSynch
log reads:
<QUOTE>
Local Synchronization
OK Install
>>>>>>>The Entourage conduit ran out of memory. Try increasing the memory
allocated to the Conduit Manager, and then Hotsync again.
Entourage Conduit synchronization failed
"Entourage Conduit" failed (error = #16406)
</QUOTE>
I've reinstalled (after first trashing the original installations) Palm
Desktop, Microsoft Office 2001, Handheld synchronization, and the SR-1. I've
also allocated as much as 60MB to both the Conduit Manager as well as to the
HotSync® Manager. A simple rebuild of the Entourage database didn't fix the
problem and tomorrow I will try a complex rebuild. Any thoughts as to what
might be the problem, or solutions to get it back working?
