OT: Changing calendar defaults on Palm

Howdy.

I've just checked the manual for my Palm IIIc, and it doesn't tell me how to
give every calendar event a default duration of 10 minutes (I'd settle for
15) unless I specify otherwise. Can someone here tell me how to do that
without revealing too much of my ignorance and sloth?
