Just give the folders different names from those in your main (or previously
used) Entourage identity, drag them all to the desktop from the identity
where they currently reside, switch identities, drag them into that identity
as folders, then select all or some messages and rag them to the folder
where you really want them. Tip: don't drag more than 1000-1500 or so ay a
time. (Shift-click to select a contiguous group, check the lower left corner
of the main window to see how many are selected, and adjust.) When you've
emptied the newly imported folders, delete the. Then delete the identity
from which they were dragged (in the switch identities window).
But keep an eye on the total size of your Messages file, and archive now and
again. John Carlsen is almost ready with his eMA archiver. I'd wait for that
if I were you, or join the beta list..
