You beat me to it Paul! I was just going to say that the default for all
custom templates ought to be the MUD folder. Not only would it help keeps us
from deleting them inadvertently (including the "Normal" template), but it
would make it a hesk of a lot easier to go from one machine to another.
Microsoft templates needn’t be kept in the office folder. I store the templates folder in the document folder, where they’re easily accessible and out of harm’s way should I have to reinstall Office. I’ve run the SR1 updater on two Macs so configured without incident.
