Move Rules From Hotmail>POP

I was using a Hotmail account with E'rage. I've now switched to an @Home
account and have resubscribed to all my newsgroups. I have a gazillion rules
set-up for Hotmail and am hoping that I can move the rules from the Hotmail
tab in the rules window to the POP tab (or the IMAP, form that matter)

Can this be done? I tried and it doesn't seem so.
