Perhaps you have a setting for an account that isn't correct? I <have>
noticed that with my ISP, Earthlink, if I have the SMTP Server address set
to "mail.earthlink.net", my mail goes out with considerable delay and
sometimes not at all; however, if I have it set to "smtp.earthlink.net" it
goes out almost instantly.
