Entourage doesn't support format=flowed, but as far as I know, Mail doesn't
either. What you are probably seeing is that Entourage doesn't support the
<excerpt> tag in text/enriched. It's actually due to a typo on my part
(it's looking for <exerpt>). That will be fixed in the future.
