I hesitated to purchase a Smartphone when I read on this forum about Entourage synch problems. The following worked for me (at least it worked today :-)) 1. Synch via infrared with Entourage conduit settings so that my Mac desktop overrode the Smartphone. I did this based on the reports that infrared worked for some folks while USB did not for others. 2. Switched back to USB and the full-duplex synching works just fine.
