Some of you have noticed that if you have a lot of contacts, it can start to
take a really long time to create new message windows if you have the
address book section open. In the past we've recommended turning of the
address book section. Well, I've found a simple fix that gets it going fast
again so you can leave it open. You'll notice that none of the columns in
the address book section have the sort indicator. Just click in the name
column to sort by the name, and it will start going fast.
