As has been said by others, I am using 1.3.1 without difficulty. At first I
had problems hanging on startup, but all is fine now after I got rid of all
subfolders in the Scripting Additions folder.
I'd keep a watch on MacFixit to see if the drag and drop problems involve
some kind of third factor--other software or hardware. Obviously, the
problem only exists for a select group, of which you are unfortunately a
member.
