Hi, Since the last time I was on the list, I have purchased a Handspring Visor Platinum that I am trying to get to work with Entourage. The Entourage conduit is working fine for me at this time (for what that is worth), however as Entourage does not include an e-mail conduit (why not???), other methods need to be used. One of the first things that I did after I bought my Visor was to purchase MultiMail Pro and the MultiMail Mac conduit, as I could see that I needed more than the default Mail app that ships with the Visor could deliver. I have found however, documentation to be a serious disappointment, as well as customer support (they simply don't reply). I am right now trying to get some e-mails from Entourage to sync with MultiMail. The Mac conduit only seems to sync to the old Mail app and only if I set the prefs to earlier than version 2.x. Otherwise the sync just spins its wheels for a VERY long time and nothing happens. What gives? Any advice as to alternative methods of getting Entourage e-mail onto my Visor, such as another app or by AppleScript? My plan is that I will eventually use my Nokia 7110 and my Visor (IrDA connection between the two) to connect and download my e-mail when I am on a business trip or on vacation. Therefore, it is important for me to be able to transfer my e-mail to and from Entourage and sync at will.
