Open the Address Book and look at your own contact. Do you see that stylized
"i" icon? That identifies you as the "me contact". Change your name there
too to that of your company, and see if it makes a difference. [You can have
another contact with your real name, if you wish, but don't set it to the
"me contact" in the Contact menu.] I don't =know for sure that this will
help, but it's worth a try.

And/Or maybe you can change the Reply-To header by entering it, and the
value you want (your company name) in the Options panel of the account.
