I can't make an SSL connection -- I get a report:
"Unable to establish a secure connection to 'www.example.com'. There is a
problem with the security certificate from that site (The MS Preferences
Library is corrupt. Reinstall to fix the problem.)"
I've trashed the Preference Panels in the System Folder and the IE 5 folder,
then reinstalled from the installer -- no luck. What else do I need to do?
Problem started with a test cert from Verisign; can't seem to get around it
now.
