In FileMaker, go to the Script menu and select the ScriptMaker. Type in a
name for your script, e.g., "Paste without style". Then click on "Create".

You will get a template script. Click the "Clear All" button to erase the
template.

Then, scroll down the list of commands until you see "Paste". Double-click
it, and it will appear in the righthand pane.

There will be a checkbox marked "Paste without style". Click on it. Save the
script, and exit the ScriptMaker.

Now, in your Script menu, there will be an entry for your new script. When
you need it, just select it there.
