NEW:
DELETE FROM SERVER
If you usually keep messages from one or more accounts on the server and
want to be able to remove messages permanently from the server at the same
time as you delete them from local folders, run this script from your Empty
Deleted Items schedule instead of the standard Delete Mail action. This will
also prevent them from downloading again, but will let you keep the rest of
your messages on the server until you�re ready to remove them in the usual

DE-CONTACT GROUP MEMBERS
If you have imported a number of groups from other email programs, all of
whose members have been made into full-fledged contacts in your Address
Book, but you prefer that they be merely group members (name and email
address) without contact status filling up your Address Book, select the
group in the Address Book and run this script. Their contact identities will
be deleted from the Address Book and they will turn into simple Name <email
address> group members with @ signs.

BCC Contacts E [v1.2.0] ID=11
Although Entourage has that wonderful mini-Address Book in message windows
which makes it simple to drag a contact to the CC field, it can still be
tedious to do BCCs, especially several at once. Select contacts in the
Address Book�s own window, in the main Entourage window, or the mini-Address
Book window of the message, and run the script. v 1.2: fixes a bug which
made the script unusable, and works with non-English-language systems. It
works now with Groups, too. If you include a contact with no email address,
only valid email contacts are entered, and you are alerted to the faulty
one(s) omitted.
CC Contacts E 1.2 [v1.2.0] ID=18
Although Entourage has that wonderful mini-Address Book in message windows

This script prints multiple personalized Form Letters to Entourage contacts
and groups selected in the Address Book. You can synchronize with Print
Envelopes and Print Mailing Labels scripts. v1.1.1: Fixes a bug that didn�t
print a colon (rather than a comma) in the salutation when selected. Fixes a
bug that removed lines above the address in succeeding copies of the form
letter for some users. Speeds up pre-printing processing. OSAX: Akua Sweets

ADDRESS WORD LETTER [v 2.4.1] ID =124
This script will open a new document in MS Word and address a letter to the
contact you have selected in Entourage�s Address Book, or in Custom Views or
Search Result windows, with a date line in the format you prefer, a
salutation, and a signature block as well if you wish. All you do is write
the letter. You can open several letters at once to different contacts (like
an editable form letter). v2.4.1: Fixes a bug that didn�t print a colon
(rather than a comma) in the salutation when selected in the Preferences.

OPEN CONTACT NAME [v1.4.0] ID=53
Open Contact Name is probably the fastest way to open a contact window from
anywhere within Entourage other than the Address Book: just press
option-command-O for a fast way to the contact info, with four alternative
ways of selecting or entering the contact very quickly, and one way where
you don't have to do anything at all! v1.4: now opens Group windows too and,
as an option, contacts with just Company (no name); fixes a small bug that
made you cancel twice in certain circumstances. OSAX [optional]: Jon's

OFFICE FOR OFFICE [v1.2.3] ID=182
A suite of 12 AppleScripts for Office:mac. In this set you will find new and
upgraded scripts which will allow you to make better use of Entourage and
Word working together in ways not yet possible without scripts, particularly
MAIL MERGES. v1.2.3 updates Open Contact Name to v1.4, which now can open
Groups and contacts with just Company (no name), and fixes a small bug which
made you cancel twice in certain circumstances; updates Address Word Letter
to 2.4.1, which fixes a bug that didn�t print a colon (rather than a comma)
in the salutation when selected; and Print Form Letter to v1.1.1, which
fixes the same �colon� bug and also a bug that removed lines above the
address for some users, and speeds up pre-printing processing. OSAX: Akua
