Finally someone asking for this! I've been doing this a long time, and
can't help but be proud of the system I've worked up. It's called
"Postpone/Delayed Send", and it's simple. When you get a message you don't
want to deal with right now, just invoke the script (control-p for me), and
it asks how long you want to put it off. The script will take almost
anything: 3 for 3 days, 4mo for 4 months, 1w for a week, 2h for 2 hours, or
6/28/01 18:00 to use a specific date. Its companion script runs on a
schedule, and at whatever interval you define it will bring up those
messages that you've postponed back into the inbox. (It works the same way
if you want to delay the sending of a message, instructions on the read me.)
