You can at least go directly to Advanced Find with Cmd-Option-F, and skip
having to click "more options." But Advanced Find needs to remember previous
settings as well, or perhaps have a "Recall Last Find" command so we can
choose whether or not to do so. Of course, we <do> have "saved Find
commands" known as Custom Views.
