Fraid not. Well...I guess you could scan the _source_ for image tags, e.g.,
"<img", which indicate the presence of images. But scanning "message body"
in a rule does not seem to find it; maybe that scans only the text part. So,
if I'm correct, you'd have to run a script...which means running a script
against every incoming message, which can get tedious, unless you put it at
the end of all the other rules that might fire first.
