There is a script that Paul Berkowitz wrote (there is another version by
someone else as well), a pair of them really. You run one script to set the
"send later" time, which moves the message into a special folder. You
schedule the other script to run periodically--daily, hourly, however
specific you want--and it will send any message waiting that has come due.
The scripts are available on www.applescriptcentral.com. I think they are
called "Delayed Send" or something similar.

Nope, unfortunately. I have two scripts for working with folders, "Open
Folder" and "File Msgs in Folder" that let you type two or three letters of
the folder name to select it from a list of all your folders, and then
perform the action. Fast; especially if assigned to a hot key.
