Entourage will always adjust the times you see to your present timezone.
Presumably, it's more important when something happened relative to your
present location than someone else's.
For example, let's say I'm in Boston and you're in LA. If I send you an
email at 10pm my time and you get the email right away, it will say it was
sent at 10pm, but it's only 7pm for you... Now, your buddy from across town
in LA sends you email at 8pm. In you email list, it would show my message
as arriving AFTER your buddy's even though he sent it an hour after I did.
These are all reasons why Entourage is not set up this way. This is all
avoided by correcting everything to your timezone.
I assume, however that you have some reason why you need this (or else you
wouldn't have asked). If that's the case, then the answer is that you're
SOL AFAIK. Sorry.
