I've been successfully sync-ing my palm Vx to my ti-book with the usb
adapter running OSX, classic, and entourage. There are some issues with the
OSX hotsync process, but more importantly, and more relevant to this list,
there are 2 constants: one is that avantgo and vindigo never sync properly,
and the second is that the entourage conduit always works like a champ. I
sometimes get the same error as you, and I usually just need to just try
hotsync-ing a couple times in a row until it "catches", and there are other
times when I just need to stop and restart the classic layer. Once the
hotsync happens, entourage works perfectly. Hope this helps
