It may depend on how you have Classic set up, etc. I still can't get it to
work. My setup is two partitions, with three system folders:
Xdisk: OSX System Folder, Classic System Folder
9disk: 9.1 System folder
When I boot from 9disk, which is basically the system partition I had before
I installed OS X, my Visor hot syncs via the USB cradle without any trouble.
I tried installing the Palm Desktop software on Xdisk, specifying the OS 9
Applications folder. It seems to have put the Palm USB Extensions into the
Classic Extensions folder, and I put an alias to Serial Port Monitor into
the Classic Startup Items folder. Nevertheless, when I am up under X, with
Classic also running, when I put the Visor in the cradle and hit the button,
<nothing at all> happens on the Mac end.
Is your setup any different, and if so, how?
